Guided by the nuclear safety concept of "rationality，coordination and integration"，to implement the initiative of "China will promote the national nuclear power safety supervision system" announced by President Xi Jinping at the Nuclear Safety Summit in Washington in 2016，and to serve the implementation of the "the Belt and Road" strategy.Under the instruction of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People's Republic of China（MEE），the Nuclear and Radiation Safety Center of MEE led the China National Nuclear Corporation(CNNC），the China General Nuclear Power Corporation(CGN），the State Power Investment Corporation Limited(SPIC）and the China Nuclear Engineering & Construction Corporation Limited(CNECC）to systematically make compilation and collation the laws，regulations and guidelines in the field of nuclear safety.
